La vida no es un problema q tiene q ser resuelto, sino una realidad q tiene q ser vivida!
Ten en cuenta q todos ven lo q aparentas pero pocos ven lo q realmente eres.
El miedo viene de la mente y el valor de tu corazón, si realmente deseas algo intentalo, no temas fracasar, no hay nada mas gratificante q tratar de dar lo mejor de ti, la perseverancia tiene sus frutos.
En esta vida nada es perfecto, por eso el lápiz tiene borrador, todo lo q pasa es reflejo de lo q haces. Siempre q crees tener algo seguro, es lo q quizás mas fácil se te puede escapar de las manos, por eso debes aprender a valorar lo q tienes. Pero la vida se encarga de enseñarte quien te amo, te ama, te amara y quien nunca lo hizo, pero sino aplicas la sinceridad, honestidad y fidelidad ni siquiera la vida lograra enseñarte...

Lojong - Mind Training
Lojong is mind training practice in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
It contains methods to expand one's viewpoint towards absolute bodhicitta (the wish to attain complete enlightenment), such as "Find the consciousness you had before you were born." and "Treat everything you perceive as a dream.", and methods for relating to the world in a more constructive way with relative bodhicitta, such as "Be grateful to everyone." and "When everything goes wrong, treat disaster as a way to wake up."
There are 7 Points to Lojong, which consist of the 59 Slogans. These slogans or aphorisms are listed below:
ONE: The preliminaries, which are the basis for dharma practice
1. First, train in the preliminaries; The four reminders.
a. Maintain an awareness of the preciousness of human life.
b. Be aware of the reality that life ends; death comes for everyone; Impermanence.
c. Recall that whatever you do, whether virtuous or not, has a result; Karma.
d. Contemplate that as long as you are too focused on self-importance and too caught up in thinking about how you are good or bad, you will suffer. Obsessing about getting what you want and avoiding what you don't want does not result in happiness; Ego.
TWO: The main practice, which is training in bodhicitta.
Absolute Bodhicitta
2. Regard all dharmas as dreams.
3. Examine the nature of unborn awareness.
4. Self-liberate even the antidote.
5. Rest in the nature of alaya, the essence.
6. In postmeditation, be a child of illusion.
Relative Bodhicitta
7. Sending and taking should be practiced alternately. These two should ride the breath.
8. Three objects, three poisons, three roots of virtue.
9. In all activities, train with slogans.
10. Begin the sequence of sending and taking with yourself.
THREE: Transformation of Bad Circumstances into the Way of Enlightenment
11. When the world is filled with evil, transform all mishaps into the path of bodhi.
12. Drive all blames into one.
13. Be grateful to everyone.
14. Seeing confusion as the four kayas is unsurpassable shunyata protection.
15. Four practices are the best of methods.
16. Whatever you meet unexpectedly, join with meditation.
FOUR: Showing the Utilization of Practice in One's Whole Life
17. Practice the five strengths, the condensed heart instructions.
18. The mahayana instruction for ejection of consciousness at death is the five strengths: how you conduct yourself is important.
FIVE: Evaluation of Mind Training
19. All dharma agrees at one point.
20. Of the two witnesses, hold the principal one.
21. Always maintain only a joyful mind.
22. If you can practice even when distracted, you are well trained.
SIX: Disciplines of Mind Training
23. Always abide by the three basic principles.
24. Change your attitude, but remain natural.
25. Don't talk about injured limbs.
26. Don't ponder others.
27. Work with the greatest defilements first.
28. Abandon any hope of fruition.
29. Abandon poisonous food.
30. Don't be so predictable.
31. Don't malign others.
32. Don't wait in ambush.
33. Don't bring things to a painful point.
34. Don't transfer the ox's load to the cow.
35. Don't try to be the fastest.
36. Don't act with a twist.
37. Don't make gods into demons.
38. Don't seek others' pain as the limbs of your own happiness.
SEVEN: Guidelines of Mind Training
39. All activities should be done with one intention.
40. Correct all wrongs with one intention.
41. Two activities: one at the beginning, one at the end.
42. Whichever of the two occurs, be patient.
43. Observe these two, even at the risk of your life.
44. Train in the three difficulties.
45. Take on the three principal causes.
46. Pay heed that the three never wane.
47. Keep the three inseparable.
48. Train without bias in all areas. It is crucial always to do this pervasively and wholeheartedly.
49. Always meditate on whatever provokes resentment.
50. Don't be swayed by external circumstances.
51. This time, practice the main points.
52. Don't misinterpret.
53. Don't vacillate.
54. Train wholeheartedly.
55. Liberate yourself by examining and analyzing.
56. Don't wallow in self-pity.
57. Don't be jealous.
58. Don't be frivolous.

Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect: The Raver's Manifesto
Peace – Letting go of fear and living at peace with oneself, one another, and the planet for a greater good
Love – As one learns to love oneself, one is able to love everyone else unconditionally
Unity – A mutual, corporate bond is formed resulting from the love and peace experienced with one another
Respect – Because of peace love and unity, one can accept others regardless of their beliefs or background
Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect. These are the ideals of ravers all over the world. Taking from the consciousness revolution pioneers of the 60s generation, the resurgence of these can be seen as an updated version of the previous generation’s longing for social transformation through the pursuit of happiness, as we delve into a post-modern era of human civilization. Although very well known in the rave scene, the idea of PLUR is not known by the rest of society that well. However, perhaps one day, the ideas of peace, love, unity, and respect will be evidenced as a societal reality where one small group here or there will not be the only one proclaiming them. Only good can come from an understanding and living of peace, love, unity, and respect.
The Raver’s Manifesto
Our emotional state of choice is Ecstasy. Our nourishment of choice is Love. Our addiction of choice is technology. Our religion of choice is music. Our currency of choice is knowledge. Our politics of choice is none. Our society of choice is utopian though we know it will never be. You may hate us. You may dismiss us. You may misunderstand us. You may be unaware of our existence. We can only hope you do not care to judge us, because we would never judge you. We are not criminals. We are not disillusioned. We are not drug addicts. We are not naive children. We are one massive, global, tribal village that transcends man-made law, physical geography, and time itself. We are The Massive. One Massive. We were first drawn by the sound. From far away, the thunderous, muffled, echoing beat was comparable to a mother’s heart soothing a child in her womb of concrete, steel, and electrical wiring. We were drawn back into this womb, and there, in the heat, dampness, and darkness of it, we came to accept that we are all the same. We came to accept that we are all equal.
Not only to the darkness, and to ourselves, but to the very music slamming into us and passing through our souls: we are all equal. And somewhere around 35Hz we could feel the hand of God at our backs, pushing us forward, pushing us to push ourselves to strengthen our minds, our bodies, and our spirits. Pushing us to turn to the person beside us to join hands and uplift them by sharing the uncontrollable joy we felt from creating this magical bubble that can, for one evening, protect us from the horrors, atrocities, and pollution of the outside world. It is in that very instant, with these very realizations that each of was truly born. We continue to pack our bodies into clubs, or warehouses, or buildings you’ve abandoned and left for naught, and we bring life to them for one night. Strong, throbbing, vibrant life in it’s purest, most intense, most hedonistic form. In these makeshift spaces, we seek to shed ourselves of the burden of uncertainty for a future you have been unable to stabilize and secure for us.
We seek to relinquish our inhibitions, and free ourselves from the shackles and restraints you’ve put on us for your own peace of mind. We seek to re-write the programming that you have tried to indoctrinate us with since the moment we were born. Programming that tells us to hate, that tells us to judge, that tells us to stuff ourselves into the nearest and most convenient pigeon hole possible. Programming that even tells us to climb ladders for you, jump through hoops, and run through mazes and on hamster wheels. Programming that tells us to eat from the shiny silver spoon you are trying to feed us with, instead of nourish ourselves with our own capable hands. Programming that tells us to close our minds, instead of open them. Until the sun rises to burn our eyes by revealing the distopian reality of the world you’ve created for us, we dance fiercely with our brothers and sisters in celebration of our life, of our culture, and of the values we believe in: Peace, Love, Freedom, Tolerance, Unity, Harmony, Expression, Responsibility and Respect.
Our enemy of choice is ignorance. Our weapon of choice is information. Our crime of choice is breaking and challenging whatever laws you feel you need to put in place to stop us from celebrating our existence. But know that while you may shut down any given party, on any given night, in any given city, in any given country or continent on this beautiful planet, you can never shut down the entire party. You don’t have access to that switch, no matter what you may think. The music will never stop. The heartbeat will never fade. The party will never end. I am a raver, and this is my manifesto.

I will miss you too, but you are wrong if you think that the joy of life comes principally from the joy of human relationships. God's place is all around us, it is in everything and in anything we can experience. People just need to change the way they look at things. Society, man! You know, society! Cause, you know what I don't understand? I don't understand why people, why every fucking person is so bad to each other so fucking often. It doesn't make sense to me. Judgment. Control. The core of mans' spirit comes from new experiences.
If we admit that human life can be ruled by reason, then all possibility of life is destroyed.
Some people feel like they don't deserve love. They walk away quietly into empty spaces, trying to close the gaps of the past.
I'm going to paraphrase Thoreau here... rather than love, than money, than faith, than fame, than fairness... give me truth.
I read somewhere... how important it is in life not necessarily to be strong... but to feel strong.
Strong. You can do anything. You can go anywhere. Money, power is an illusion. It's up here. You can be here. Me and you.
If we admit that human life can be ruled by reason, the possibility of life is destroyed.
There was clearly felt the presence of a force not bound to be kind to man. It was a place of heathenism and superstitious rites, to be inhabited by men nearer of kin to the rocks and to the wild animals than we.
I have lived through much, and now I think I have found what is needed for happiness. A quiet secluded life in the country, with the possibility of being useful to people to whom it is easy to do good, and who are not accustomed to have it done to them. And work which one hopes may be of some use. Then rest, nature, books, music, love for one's neighbor. Such is my idea of happiness. And then, on top of all that, you for a mate, and children perhaps. What more can the heart of a man desire?
For a moment she rediscovered the purpose of her life. She was here on earth to grasp the meaning of its wild enchantment, and to call each thing by its right name. By its right name.

summer solstice...
I am open to others but to not go out of my way to find them. If I let other dictate terms to me in a relationship - Personal or otherwise - I should not be surprise to be dishonored. I am ready to let go of my own "people pleasing" patterns.
I say what I need to say. I connect with my joy, my bliss and the deep source of energy and wisdom in myself.

Days go by, the present is made up from life until death.
Where will we be this time tomorrow?, we'll see.
The world ain't so big at all. I don't know where I am going, I don't want to see. For all the days still to come, when all is well and well is for all, living in the meantime I'll wait and see.
In time we shall achieve the thing they call divine, even if time isn't really on our side.
Give love to the future, love the all of you. Share love, peace and happiness.
Give some good, good loving.
Skies are blue, lands are green and joy is holy.
Get lost daydreaming and feel alright when you hear that music you like.

Como personas que somos nos vemos lanzadas a este mundo al nacer sin que nadie nos pida nuestra opinion al respecto. Depende de cada uno no dejarse paralizar por aquello que nos viene dado, sino aprovechar las oportunidades que se presentan para "reinventarse permanentemente a uno mismo".
